Worth it?

Investor at £19 a month against what a missed date costs

These are the four things equy is watching for. Any one of them, caught once, pays for a year of the product several times over.

In detail

Everything in the plan, by area

There is no second column. Both plans get everything listed here, and anything not built yet says so.

Your portfolio

The record of what you own, and what it is doing.

  • Unlimited properties, units and HMO rooms
  • Single lets, HMOs and short-term lets
  • The ledger — value, trend, leverage, status
  • Portfolio equity, yield and LTV
  • Per-property cash in and cash out — coming soon
  • Void tracking and lost-income figures

  • Sold volume and median price
  • Save areas and compare to your portfolio
  • Area statistics with sources named

Paperwork

Drop a file in and the fields come out of it.

  • Mortgage offers, tenancies, completion statements
  • Certificates — gas, electrical, EPC, HMO licence
  • Confidence flags on every extracted field
  • Documents filed by property and type
  • Dates linked back to the record they created
  • Delete a document, or a property, any time

Staying ahead

The part that runs while you are not looking.

The trial

14 days, your own properties, nothing charged today

A trial on demo data proves nothing. Add your real properties, match them, and see what equy already knows before you pay anything. If you stop there, your exports are still yours.

  1. Minute one

    Drop the paperwork in

A mortgage offer and a tenancy agreement are enough. We read them and show you every field we found.

  2. Minute two

    Confirm the register match

One tap and the valuation, sold history, floor area and area data arrive with it.

  3. Day 14

    Decide with real numbers

You have seen your own portfolio, not a demo. Continue at £9 a month, or cancel and keep your exports.

Questions

Before you hand over a card

Anything else, email support@equy.ai — a person replies.

Does the price depend on how many properties I have?

No. Neither plan charges per property and neither caps how many you can hold, so the price is the same whether you own one or twenty. If you are running twenty or more, or managing on behalf of other owners, email support@equy.ai and we will sort the billing — the product is the same.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Yes. We take your card details when the trial begins and nothing is charged for 14 days — the card is what lets the subscription continue without you having to do anything on the last day. Cancel before then and you are not charged at all.

What happens at the end of the 14 days?

It becomes a paid subscription automatically at £9 a month — that is what the card on file is for. If you do not want it to, cancel before the last day from your account settings: there is no call and no retention offer, and nothing is taken. If you sign in with Google and cannot complete the security step, email support@equy.ai and we will cancel it for you.

What is the difference between monthly and annual?

Price only. Annual is £190 for the year — 2 months free against paying monthly. The product is identical either way.

Is the data included, or does it cost extra?

Included, all of it, on both plans: no per-source charge, no per-lookup charge and no source held back for a higher tier. The one thing either plan meters is document reading, which has a monthly allowance that resets — the product tells you where you are against it. Which public sources equy runs on, and what each one gives you, is on the home page and in full with its licences on our data sources page.

Can I cancel, and do I keep my data?

Cancel from your account settings, no call and no retention offer. You keep access until the period you have paid for runs out, and you can export everything you hold before or after cancelling. Deleting the account outright is a separate action and is answered on the home page.

Add one property. See what we already know about it.

14 days free, card taken and nothing charged. Drop in a mortgage offer and the rest fills itself in — valuation, sold history, certificate dates, the lot.
